1.13.1/2.4.1 Disappearing Treasury

Started a new GEM game in I don't know how long, and I noticed my entire treasury of 141 gold disappeared between turns for no reason. I don't know if it's related, but it occurred on the turn I can choose a pantheon. InfoAddict also installed, simply press end turn on attached save to reproduce.

That's odd! I don't know what might cause this. If it happens again, please post your lua.log after the incident, which might have some error messages.
