1.20 released!

Xyth, any ETA for 1.21?

January. I was really hoping to have a beta out by xmas, but life has not been compatible with that goal. Chipping away at it a little every day though.

Is there a way to help you? Whit somthing?

If you could slap me round the head every time I start a new task without finishing the previous one, that'd be a big help...

Seriously though, nothing you can do yet, but as soon as I have it in a more stable/complete state I'll post a beta version. Testing that will be immensely helpful.

So, we're a third of the way through January now. Any chance of a progress report (or better yet, a beta)?

Family and I go on holiday on the 18th. I'll have the beta out before then, even if some things aren't finished. You guys can collate a nice big bug report for me when I get back on the 24th :)

The two major tasks I'm finishing at the moment are completing/balancing the Civil War component (I've changed Platyping's implementation quite a bit), and finishing the UB review (about 70% complete). After those are done, it's just small loose ends to clean up, a lot of which I can do during beta testing.

Are there any new leaders except for those already mentioned?

New leaders coming in 1.21:

• Basil (Byzantium)
• Bilqis (Arabia)
• Dinga Cisse (Mali)
• Gajah Mada (Indonesia)
• Gustav (Scandinavia)
• Hongwu (China)
• Ibrium (Amurru)
• Istvan (Hungary)
• Lorenzo de' Medici (Rome)
• Menelik (Ethiopia)
• Seondeok (Korea)
• Suharto (Indonesia)
• A Venetian or Genoan leader for Rome, still deciding who suits the art best

Leaders removed in 1.21:

• Attila
• Hayam Wuruk (art still there, may reassign if I have time)
• Marcus Aurelias
• Wu (art reused as Seondeok)

Also, Logan is becoming Thayendanegea, and there's some updated/new art for a few other leaders too (Lalibela, Piye, Abu Bakr, Casimir).

Wow! So much work for me for capital locations. I'll do it when I'll get the beta. Can you post the list of their capitals so that we can discuss it?

Here are my thoughts:
• Dinga Cisse (Mali) - Koumbi Saleh
• Hongwu (China) - Nanjing
• Ibrium (Amurru) - Ebla
• Istvan (Hungary) - Esztergom
• Lorenzo de' Medici (Rome) - Florence
• Menelik (Ethiopia) - Addis Ababa
• Seondeok (Korea) - Gyeongju
• Suharto (Indonesia) - Jakarta
• A Venetian or Genoan leader for Rome, still deciding who suits the art best - Venice/Genoa

I've already placed capitals for the new leaders on the Huge and Large Earth maps. Same choices as yours. The other maps haven't been converted to leader capitals yet, still done by civilization. Will have to wait till after 1.21. Also, forgot to list Richelieu of France above, he's in too.

Richelieu - Luçon
Although I'm not sure.
But I may still have suggestions to move the capital locations, even those which I suggested.

Mr. Xyth, I play this great MOD from ver 1.20.
So, I don't know you and your detailed thinking.
I think Firenze is the successor of Roma by republic, representation and some free speech.
However, substituting il Magnifico who are Italian not Roman for emperor Marcus Aurelias is very strange.
Adding other Venetian or Genoan leaders, I think Italian civilization is needed.
Creator of this MOD is you.
Please, write history in this MOD as you want.
I feel HR ver1.20 is very good and will play 1.21 happily.
Thank you reading my poor English writing.

Uploading now. Incomplete and buggier than I'd like, even for a beta, but better that you guys can do some testing while I'm away.
