Several reasons you are wrong, there.

1. When did I say there was anything sexual occurring? I said she wants to date me, that's it.
2. The age of consent throughout most of the US is 16. In Florida, anyone 23 and under may legally have a sexual relationship with 16/17 year olds.

The first one is the important one here. The second one just shows it would be legal, were I not a man of morals.
