Levy and Skirmisher units are available for faith-buys before they are researched. Probably Sentinel as well.

Update: Austrian Workshop (Coffee House) cost isn't consistent. 450, not 220. Needs to be set or changed. It being a different cost may be fine as it performs a distinct function. It being over twice the cost isn't sensible. (other UB note is Satrap needs to be changed to a bank during the Leaders phase. Persia gets -10% right now).

AI seems to have a considerable happiness boost. +30-50 in the early to mid classical era? This is significant because of the tradition opener providing a lot of social policies.

There's some science boost too, but that's only noticeable early.

Played a game (small, pangea plus, 6 AIs, immortal) with v1.612 today and observed some bugs:

- Recon II doesn't give the extra movement.

- Dutch Polder can be built on any ressource field and not only on marsh and flood plains.

- Religious communities (belief) prod modifier does not work. (shown but not calculated)

- Belief that should give +2 happiness from temples in cities with 5+ followers does not work.

- Order opener (+10 % prod) shows +10 % from policy and +10 % from misc in all of my cities, only one is calculated.

- had a long renaissance war against vikings, Ai only build vanguards units no infantry. (because AI priorities are skirmisher all 12, arquebusier off/def 8, longswords off 8/def5 ?)

- Vanguard units (or at least skirmishers get +50 % def, not 25%).

Two minor suggestions:
- Increase (double) the reward for plundering/destroying barb villages. 25 gold are not that much.
- Great generals in the industrial era should still use the animation "on horse" and not the one with jeep. Cars are for the modern era.

The barbs gold was increased back when the barbs mod was in. I'd expect that back.

a couple quick easy fixes for 1616:

1) change satrap court to +30% gold until it gets changed to market UB again

2) set austrian coffee house production cost to 220 instead of 450
