There has been a death in the family. I'm leaving tonight and will return on the 25th. On the other hand today was also my last day teaching preschool so when I get back we may be able to get back to two turns a day.

I was migrating from Windows to Linux but the experience failed. Not only did my 5.1 speakers only play on the front ones, the mouse didn't have the "back" and "forward" buttons working, my mp3 player has no drivers for linux, my webcam idem ibidem...
...
So after many attempts to resolve this I have finally given up and will be re-installing Windows this afternoon... I'll probably get to play the save later tonight.
