108.6 Culture Bug, for real this time

Yea so I've been stuck at 1 turn to a policy for about 3 turns. My hover over info says "your cities are producing 738.9~ culture per turn" and but I am in fact receiving only about 1/3-1/2 of that number per turn.

Yea Im making about 150 a turn

In my just-competed game, I was stuck on one turn on my last SP for about three turns. It seemed to be slowing down prior to that as well.

Actually I figured out that this bug was due to loading a game from within a game, a big nono apparently Looks like that was solved in the latest version where u cant actually do that. Thanks Thal!

That would explain why I hadn't encountered this bug... if you still run into it even with the buggy game-reloading disabled, just post an update.
