[144.5] Small modification to Trade Opportunities data displayed

In the first image, you can see Harald has "16 gold per turn" in grey, because he doesn't want to trade it. I think it would be a nice addition to Trade Opportunities changing his gpt income (in the corresponding column) to the grey color. Don't you think so?

I've been having difficulty getting the gold-per-turn working properly for AI trades, and hope to get this issue resolved soon.

Also I've noticed sometimes, when the AI isn't willing to accept a trade, that its gpt is white instead of grey. Clicking on its gpt does nothing. It seems a vanilla bug. I don't know if it can be fixed.
