I cannot approve or deny any use of cash so long as the total does not exceed the treasury. Should that happen, I will assign a priority to uses of cash for the Designated Player to use.

-- 168 Gold for Rush Granary in Styx (PRIORITY)
-- 100 Gold for Partial rush of Temple in Augean Stables
-- 42 Gold for Construction of Embassy in Persia

Expenditures planned for:
-- 26 Gold for Investigate Berlin prior to start of war or end of turn chat (which ever is first) (PRIORITY)

Without considering income, reserves will be at 83 gold.
Income is currently: 4 gold per turn.

Note: The President may not approve/deny cash uses unless the requests exceed the treasury. Expenditures noted as Priority are an indication of how I would decide such cases

Request a short rush of a Temple for 25 shields (100 gold) (if all goes to plan) on turn 8, one turn after the Temple is started. Short rush to a Sword (total 30 shields) and then switch back to complete the Temple in a further 5 turns at 6spt (total 60 shields). This will allow the Temple to be built with no waste and to time with growth.

The Foreign Affiars Consulate would like to request the building of a diplomatic embassy with the Persians. Now I know you have other priorities at the moment, but I believe this embassy will be fairly inexpensive and not take away too much cash from our treasury. Thank you for hearing my request and I hope you spend the money on this embassy.

When you have a chance, please request your staff to determine the construction costs of said embassy, so that the OBM staff can maintain accurate books. In addition, if your staff could estimate (use current costs) the cost to investigate Berlin, it would be appreciated!
