2 hammers even though im not a full member?

My state religion is christianity, but im still getting 2 hammers for all my buddhist
buildings. Buddhism is the apostolic palace religion. My state religion was buddhism but i changed it 200 years ago. All my cities have both christianity and buddhism.

Yes, the AP gives to bonus to all cities with its religion, state or not, until that civ defies a resolution.

Not sure about that. In my recent game some of my temples of AP (build by Hannibal) religion give 2 hammers, but other not. And that didn't change after conversion.

It seems to be some dependence between production bonus and city distance from AP.

If you own the AP, built it yourself or captured, you are considered a full member even if its not your state religion.
