2 sets of css on 1 html document

I'm not sure if this classes as tech support, but on my forums someone has asked for a way to make 2 sets of css for the overline/underline highlight feature in 1 document.

I think it may have been Pedro, was it you Pedro?

Anyway, I would like to know the answer to this as well. Does anyone know?
