Cool. That was quick.
What I noticed upon a cursory glance running through a few turns:
I think you should recommend in the opening post to make a copy of the whole "Sevomod" mod folder, renaming it something like "Sevomod 2UU" and overwriting that file from there. I think most people probably don't save the Sevomod .zip files, so switching back and forth, especially with new versions available, could prove troublesome without this step. (This probably should be self-evident, but based on the number of posts asking for fixes in the main thread that have already been patched weeks ago attests to our limited user tech-savvy.)
Possible bugs:
The Japanese zero currently shows up as a red dot:

The unit works/"flies" correctly/without crashing, though just as a red dot; I'm not sure where the problem lies, either in art or xml.
A matter of personal taste (and possibly beating a dead horse):
Currently, David works with the new version. But his leaderhead is now static, the same picture as his button, and uses (I think) Bismarck's background:

I'm not sure if you did the art/animations in the David art folder, but it's a shame to go to waste.
In Assets/XML/Art/CIV4ArtDefines_Leaderhead.xml, currently there is:
Code:
<LeaderheadArtInfo>
<Type>ART_DEF_LEADER_David</Type>
<Button>,Art/interface/LeaderHeads/btn_lh_ISRAEL_David.dds</Button>
<NIF>art/LeaderHeads/David/David.dds</NIF>
<KFM>art/LeaderHeads/Mao/Mao_tse_tung.kfm</KFM>
<NoShaderNIF>art/LeaderHeads/Mao/mao_tse_tung_noshader.nif</NoShaderNIF>
<BackgroundKFM>art/LeaderHeads/Bismarck/bismarck_bg.kfm</BackgroundKFM>
</LeaderheadArtInfo>
If, using the files already located in Assets\Art\leaderheads\David, those lines are changed to:
Code:
<LeaderheadArtInfo>
<Type>ART_DEF_LEADER_David</Type>
<Button>Art/interface/leaderHeads/btn_lh_ISRAEL_David.dds</Button>
<NIF>art/LeaderHeads/David/cyrus.nif</NIF>
<KFM>art/LeaderHeads/David/cyrus.kfm</KFM>
<NoShaderNIF>art/LeaderHeads/David/cyrus_noshader.nif</NoShaderNIF>
<BackgroundKFM>art/LeaderHeads/David/cyrus_BG.kfm</BackgroundKFM>
</LeaderheadArtInfo>
one gets an animated David leaderhead based on Cyrus, but now with a black crown, what looks like (not sure) a unique background, and with (sweet touch) Stars of David on a blue robe.
Captures of the suggested version:

Again, as a matter of taste, your call.
Last, I agree with your readme that the Arab unique unit "Al Quida" is in poor taste, whatever one's nationality. I think renaming it "Fedayeen" (different English spellings possible) would be more appropriate for what appears to be a highly adaptable Arab paramilitary unit. Different versions of fedayeen militia helped defeat the USSR in Afghanistan in the 80s, and offered (actually still offer) the stiffest resistance against the US in Iraq. Or, even "jihadist" would be more appropriate, if you wanted to keep a religious aspect.
Overall, very good job and quick turnaround on patching. If I notice anything else playing through a longer game I'll let you know.
Oh yeah, here's the unit list from the readme for the earlier poster:
