I'm in favor of it, just not sure what it should be since you're avoiding unique air units.

Just want to let you know I redownloaded your mod a few days ago and I am really enjoying it!

I got my ass kicked at Immortal level in a continental game as the Frenchies, now restarted a game as Asoka running a super powerful religious/cultural/pop boom onslaught on my foes

This second UU per civ sounds awesome! Do you have any vague idea of an ETA?

Family duties are keeping me very busy so progress has been slow. I have all but 4 new UUs implemented (Russia, Israel, Vietnam, Anasazi), and I'm currently reviewing and reassigning stats for all UUs. Brazil lacks a UW but is otherwise complete. I'm hoping to have a beta of 1.20 ready by the end of this month. No promises, but I'll try.
