3.13 or 3.17

I've been gone for awhile, took a huge break from Civ4 (well, gaming as a whole), and just today thought I'd get back into things.
Was going to update to 3.17 since I figured everything would be 3.17 compatible now, but I see that BAT says it works for version 3.13.

Has BAT not been updated since then, or does that just mean it works for any version 3.13 and up?

Both BUG and BAT work with 3.13 and 3.17. SourceForge's web uploading have been down while they're doing data migrations, so we haven't been able to update the page yet.

When you install BAT, if you use the EXE installer it will do add some BAT stuff for 3.17. If you use the ZIP, there's a second ZIP with that 3.17 stuff in it. Use the installer. Happy times!

Thanks, and so good to know... whole reason why I never upgraded was because I'd gotten so used to BAT. Will go upgrade now, then.
