[3.5.3] Failed to load CER_End.sql

Hi
Upon strting a new game with only CEP/CAT 3.5.3 installed (cache cleared prior to this) I get the following in lua.log:

MT_Initialize: ERROR: Failed to load CER_End.sql

I think I've seen this discussed in another thread at some point but I couldn't find it and I guess it doesn't hurt to bring it up now.
