1) "Digilance" & "Earth Mother" synergy?
do they stack with each other or one of them is a waste let's say i have 25 population which 15 is religious and 6 is panthon so how many production bonus i get? i feel like pantheon is getting waste?

2) "İndia" & "Prophecy Belief" synergy?
India by default lower the cost of great prophets also Prophecy Belief does the same thing, so how do they interact with each other? is the bonus cumulative?

3) New Happiness System?
Does my global happiness (8 from difficulty + 8 from luxury etc...) divide for each city regarding the population of each city? i understood how unhappiness and gloabal happ pool works but not city specific happ limit.

1) I believe all of your citizens follow the pantheon of your religion so Earth Mother is always fully applied. Diligence would only apply to the number of actual followers, though. They do stack.

2) The cost reductions are cumulative. Not sure if they are additive or multiplicative (which would slightly change the final discount amount) but you don't have to worry about that if you don't want to.

3) I believe global happiness is distributed like dealing poker cards with the order determined by settling/conquering order.

I'm fairly certain it is additive, but it is relatively easy to check. Additive would be 60% cheaper, multiplicative would be 68.75% cheaper. But overall it doesn't matter, India only has 3 choices for Enhancers: Iconography (good, but usually unnecessary), Orthodoxy (super niche, needs specific strategy and lucky game), or Prophecy, which is my default strategy where you make a ton of insane Holy Sites that give more yields than any other tile, like over 40 yields per tile.

Correct. If you have a global happiness pool of 10 and 7 cities, cities 1-3 will get 2 happiness and cities 4-7 get 1, in order of when those cities became a part of your empire.
 
Thank you i'm enlightened. So new happiness system punishes players who builds new cities too aggresively.
 
Happiness is to stop unrestrained growth both vertically and horizontally as well as constraining specialist use. So the fewer cities you have the more unhappiness from deficits those cities can float using global unhappiness, while wider civs will have less global happiness distributed per city. Puppets also come out of global happiness.

I'd define happiness as your empire "growth" resource. More happiness means more citizens, specialists, cities, etc., and you can allocate those as you want just like any other resource.
