(4-A) Proposal: (QoL) Add Open Door / Sphere of Influence graphical indicator to Spy Screen

Proposal: In the spy screen (noted below), place a small graphical icon to the right of the civilization name (left of the CS name). There will be two icons:

• One icon indicates the CS has open door.
• Second icon indicates the CS has a sphere of influence

Note that there is already a little spy icon for Bucharest. These icons would be to the left of that spy icon visually on the screen.

Rationale: In many scenarios, you don't want to send spies to a CS containing Open Doors and Spheres of Influence, as you can't coup them and the rigging isn't as important. However, its difficult to get this information easily, you have to leave the spy screen, and either look through the rightside list of CS or go to the CS directly and check it, which is time consuming and tedious. This small QoL improvement will greatly improve spy use against CS.

You also noticed below on Kyzyl that having a spy there will not remove the indicator of these Open Door policies or Sphere of Influence.nt ally's influence, but jury-rigged the City-State's tooltip to be based off this instead.

Yes, these file changes are save-game compatible as they are only UI files. Please back up your old files in case bugs are likely made (I am using them for more than 3 hours without any issues so far).
