Tenth column/third row - what's that? Couldn't that possible be a mobile rocket artillery? Also, if you compare the icon to the tech tree, it seems to come with Robotics. And Robotics granted the ability to build rocket artillery in Civ3.

That's possible, but all of the other units are grouped together - and this unit isn't with the other artillery units, but the infantry.

Also, are those Lego blocks as the robotics icon?

And there only seems to be one missile(Probably the ICBM), as opposed to the 3 in Civ 3. :/

Isn't it possible that the ICBM is a city improvement like in cIII, and that unit is either a tactical nuke or cruise missile?

True. Still it doesn't look like a (mechanized) infantry to me, but very much like a rocket arty.

Yes, these seem to be lego blocks. Fortunately, this isn't the icon for Robotics, but for Plastics - which makes a lot more sense.

I'm somewhat annoyed that the trees poke straight through buildings. Either they should have suppressed any tile-icons that were on the tiles covered by city expansion, or made the city not appear around the trees.
