As suggested in Civ elimination threads, now i present to you a 50 states elmination thread. You know the rules if you have played CIV Elim before. If not, then here you go:
Once every 24 hours, you may add a vote to one civilization and subtract a vote from one another. You may base your votes on anything from personal bias to actual facts about which civilization is the best. It's king of the hill, state style.
Please use the following format for votes:

You do not need to update the "scoreboard" every post you make, I will keep an updated version of it in the OP.
Once only 35 states are left, from then on each vote taken away will be worth -2 instead of -1. only 20 states are left, you may vote once 5 others have voted. Once there are only 15 states left, you may vote after 3 others have voted. Once there are 10 states left your minus vote counts for 3, instead of 2.
