Yes! Except for the last few months after, FDR, you know, died. Then it was Truman. Eisenhower was off fighting like a man.

Thanks As trexeric said, he was president until his polio (I think that's what killed him) caught up to him. Truman lead after that. He's the one that made the decision to drop the atomic bombs. FDR actually died close to the end of the war. Eisenhower was the leading general of the Allies.
