Another one of my masterpieces :D

Well I found out about a new allergy of mine. I woke IP at 130 with hives and red skin (both itchy), and I was having trouble breathing, AND my vision was patching out.

I took some benadryl and a shower and I didn't die . yay

Whoa what was it???

I had the same stuff three years ago on my right arm and some parts of the face. It was related with the detergent they used to clean up the gym at school.

Oh yeah that's the worst. My dad was in the army, when we left Texas and all my friends, worst feeling for awhile. Do you live on a base or in a regular house?

Yeah I can imagine. We actually were talking about it. My parents and older brother lived on a base before I was born and didn't really like it. I don't think I've ever lived on base. What position is your parent?

Nice. My father was a major in the army when he retired.

When there still was conscription in Italy, the army didn't accept my father because he was too thin.

As in mandatory service?

Wow guys that sucks. Here in Brazil there is the mandatory military service, but there are more people wanting to join then they can support, so I was dispensed in the first test, which I purposedly did without my glasses because it was sight test :D. Then the guy asked me if I was interested in serving to which I said no, and then he dispensed me.

The last tale of military moving orders in my family is about my grandfather. My grandmother had to stay in Rio while my grandfather had to move to the South of Brazil. Although that sucked, it was actually great because that meant he didn't need to go to WWII. He was assigned border patrol duty instead of going to liberate Italy.

After the troubles of war he was still in the army but never had to move again. He was an engineer in the army, I think that's a good excuse to not need to move from place to place. He had to give classes in the Military Institute of Engineering, which is located in Rio, so that probably forced the army to keep him here.

I have no idea what my Grandfather was when he retired, but he became a Colonel upon retiring (I have no idea if that's a clue to what he was before retiring).

That's really interesting Spirictum. Your grandfather may have been one of the people Brazil's Civ V UU is based on :p

That's pretty impressive Greek, well I wish your family all the best.

Here I am with like 12/20 vision.
