New Great Wonder: The Brandenburg Gate (Berlin, Germany)

I have also designed another Great Wonder for Ukas and the Civ III game: The Old Brandenburg Gate of Berlin, Germany.

Since there is one already made, I have decided to call this "old' before the WWII era.
