Welcome to game 167 in the 6OTM Series! These games will allow new and old GOTM fans to try out the new features in Civ6 in a friendly environment. Participants are encouraged to post questions, stories, advice, tricks and failures in the dedicated game threads (described below). Each game will specify the Civ you will play and the Victory Condition to strive for. We will be working to refine the 6otM concept as we move ahead with the series. Gifting of cities is an exploit in a religious VC as the AI cant see that it will lose if it accepts the cities.

Must Read!
We would like to ask you to abide by our most sacred rule: Don’t replay any turns! If you make a mistake, accept it and try to recover. To ensure fair play and prevent results exclusions, please set your Autosaves to 1 turn. In the event of a computer crash while playing, just reload to the previous save and play it as closely to how you played it the first time. Please let Leif know (via Conversation (Private Message)) if you experienced a crash and how many turns you replayed.

Game Version: This game was created in Civ6 Gathering Storm version 1.0.12.9.
Game Requirements: vanilla version of Civilization VI with Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm expansions. All pre-NFP & NFP DLCs are required. New Leader Pass required.

Tokugawa - Japan Unique Attributes:
Spoiler Unique Attributes :

Tokugawa Leader Bonus: Bakuhan - International Trade Routes receive -25% yields and Tourism, but domestic Trade Routes gain +1 Culture, +1 Science, and +2 Gold for every specialty district at the destination. Cities within 6 tiles of Japan's Capital are 100% loyal and, after researching Flight, gain +1 Tourism for every specialty district.

Civ Ability: Meiji Restoration - Districts receive a +1 adjacency bonus for each adjacent district, instead of +0.5.

Unique Unit: Samurai – Replaces Man-At-Arms, Unlocked by Feudalism
Common abilities: +5 Strength Combat Strength vs. anti-cavalry units.
Special abilities: Does not suffer combat penalties when damaged.
Special traits: Higher Strength Combat Strength (48 vs. 45).

Unique Infrastructure: Electronics Factory – Replaces Factory; Unlocked by Industrialization
Effects: +4 Production to all City Centers within 6 tiles of the Electronics Factory's Industrial Zone; +1 Citizen slot; +1 Great Engineer point per turn; +4 Culture (with Electricity).

Based upon what you can see in the screen shot above, what are your capital settle plans?
 
1NE seems more feasible to me as well compared to 2N. Considering that there will be scarce resources in this game, this spot has very good quantity of bonus resources with 2 luxury as well, and will only block one spot from district placement (by sugar) instead of 2.
