[Vote] (7-44) Remove Notification When A Trade Route From Another Player Is Plundered

I'm changing my vote to a NO on this one. Ultimately this to me was meant to be a QoL change by removing a notification. But if this large a portion of voters are against it, that tells me there is concrete value in the notification for a good portion of the base, and so I couldn't in good conscience deny them that info.
