9.1.10 Double ambush (again)

It appears that the helicopter gunship still has the option of two separate Ambush promotions...

Also, if the policy which allows units to heal every turn is acquired (cant remember whats its called atm), shouldn't this disable the possibility of getting the march promotion?

1) Thanks for pointing this out, it should be fixed for v9.1.13.

2) The Populism policy increases the heal rate of units standing still by +1, and the Pentagon gives all units March. I checked to be sure and the "AlwaysHeal" flag for Populism is not set, so it shouldn't give a March-like effect, though if it is, I'll investigate further.

Playing with 9.4 and i noticed the Ambush promotion was there twice again. Haven't played 9.6 yet, will see if its there too...
