Just be careful to not let LotRO's client P2P patching system keep running on your computer, Captain2's download/upload allowance was eaten up with dozens of gigabytes of data and he got charged overage fees because of it.

Sadly I didn't find a way to keep LOTRO, I just saw those numbers and killed it.

I look at your January data and I barely see any upload transfer. How is it that LOTRO, I presume, uploaded so much junk? wow.

It uses a P2P/torrent distribution for patches, many mmos do that now (including WoW).

Oh, so you're participating to patch distribution? How ingeniously inconsiderate. I don't think WoW does it outside of when you're patching yourself.

To be honest, I probably wouldn't play it if it wasn't for the internet at Uni - so much faster than at home, and I don't really have to worry about down/uploading numbers.
