Well Mansa managed to build Apollo quite early.
But he didn't get very far on building his spaceship.
I eventually managed to get a tech Mansa didn't have but rather than a tech trade he was offering to go to war with Darius for it so I was happy to oblige. At the time Darius had a DP with Willem so he declared on Mansa then a couple of turns later I declared on Willem.
Took one of his culture cities then he capitulated to me. Darius capitulated to Mansa and as I needed some of Wang's land for a domination victory he was my next target. Spies are ok for removing cultural defences but if you don't take any siege with your tanks protective Infantry are rather hard to beat. On the plus side if you have so many tanks you can suicide them it doesn't matter.
So after taking a few of Wangs cities we ended up with this screen.

Not very I think his war slowed him down a bit.

Seeing how far I was behind in techs for most of the game a final shot of the tech screen.
Caught up a lot there. I will admit to finishing the Internet on the winning turn though which gave me quite a few.

Luckily for me they all hated Hannibal otherwise a win would have been very tough.
