D: Rarely (less than 1) Public transit routes are poorly done where I live. The Kansas City Area is not fond of Public Transit. Light rail and bonds for more PT fail miserablely every time.

I'd like to amplify on the 'F: Does not apply, don't take public transit'. As I said, the Kansas City area is piss-poor for PT. The routes are limited and the times are mostly around the business day. I work 3rd shift, so PT isn't even an option for me. However, when I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, I took PT all the time. I didn't even have a driver's license! So if I had it available to me, I would certainly consider using it. But the bottom line is, how much is it going to cost for me to take PT to and from work? How much to get back and forth to work? And what's the time cost going to be? For instance, in SF I had a 3 hour a day commute on BART and AC Transit. It takes me about 35 minutes to drive to work now. If I could get to work cheaper on PT but have to give up sleep, well, I'm already sleep deprived, so I'd probably stick with my vehicle. OTOH, I used to sleep on BART anyways... It would really depend on what KC had to offer, PT wise.
