Do you modify the rules in civilization 3 through the editor?

If you do,do you know any tricks about technology, civilzation and unit additions(e.x.How do you insert the pictures and make the game recognise them)?

Wrong forum.
I think this thrad should be moved to General Duscussion.
SiteFeedback is just for talking about the Fora (plural of Forums) and asking questions about the Fora to the fora members.
Ex.
Which smiley do you like more? :o or
So on and so forth

That's not such a bad idea. I should make a thread on that. :hmm:
BTW, welcometo the forums. Enjy your time here! :wavey: :wavey:
EDIT: Every once in a while, I do edit rules. ;)

I change a lot of the graphics in the game, but I choose to stick with the rules that came with the game.

I play both unchanged rules and mods. Although, over time, the standard rules have become closer to my favorite old mods.

My regular game is heavily modded, with bucketfulls of extra units, goverments, techs and buildings :)

I never modify the rules.I like playing the game as it is,even if i have to say that civfanatic players who create so many units-rules-art work etc are realy talanted guys.

I don't modify the rules, I tweak them.
Few units stats changed here and there, some thing rebalanced, etc...

Anyway, no new units, new governments, new civs, new anything.

Keep it conservative and close to original.

I played with modding rules and such when I first got the game, but soon stopped when I saw how unbalancing most changes were. Besides, playing the standard game makes it possible to compare results with others, ala GOTM, and makes it possible to play Succession Games.

I personally have modified some rules, because I found some things not according to realiy, history or fair(based on my opinion).
