I am translating some Civitas mods that add leaders into French and I am having a problem with the accented font being replaced by rectangles on some localization texts in SQL format. For example, translating Civitas Alfred Escher does not pose this problem, but translating Civitas Anacaona and Civitas Antiochus III does pose a problem, yet the files are the same, I think. I have already tried to set the Character Encoding to "Western European Language, OEM 863: French" in Notepad ++ but cannot save the file and the accents are reset. How to fix this please.
