I recently downloaded an Ace Combat Mod (The AC Mod Version 7b). It's a .biq file. I try to extract it to Civ3XEdit, and it gives me this: "Access to C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$DR04.281\Ace Combat Mod V.7b was denied." Some help would be appreciated.

Why are you trying to load this from your temporary internet files? Did you d/l it from the internet, and select 'open' or 'run' instead of 'save'?
Pretty sure you have to install it to the proper scenario folder. I don't think it'll run off the desktop, unless that's your install folder. And it shouldn't be.
What version of Civ3 are you playing? Also, do you have a link to the scenario? I'm not familiar with that one.

I am guessing your are on VISTA or WIN7. If that is the case the problem is the unzip app does not have admin authority. Either run as admin or move the zip file to the folder you want it unzipped into and then unzip it.
You're also trying to play a Conquests scenario with Gold, which is only Regular "Vanilla" Civ3 and Play The World. Buying Complete will allow you to play it. You could just buy Conquests, but I would recommend against it. Gold and Conquests do not play well together.
