I've found no mention of this on the boards, but it seems that the 'Tomb Raider' achievement, for pillaging an Egyptian city with a burial tomb in it, doesn't unlock. At least, it didn't in my game, nor has it for anybody else. So, unless the AI doesn't ever build burial tombs and cases of this happening in multiplayer doesn't count, we have another bugged achievement to add to 'Magellan'.
There are a few other candidates for bugged achievements among those which have had zero people get them, like Cat Fight (what, nobody has done a domination victory with Elizabeth, Catherine or Wu Zetian?).
