I've activated the logging, and have since played through a game to see if it would update the numbers for the wonders, but even though I've built something like 10 wonders in that game alone, none of them were updated in the log. (Even though units were).
I also don't have the 'engineer' achievement yet.

It will only update the next time you open the game.

Well the patch doesn't seem to have fixed any of the bugged achievements. Magellan still only activates after playing with the XML, the Lancer still isn't triggering for Modern Major General, Burial Tomb and War Canoe are still unresponsive. You can test Burial Tomb by starting in the Modern or Future Era to guarantee that your Egyptian opponent has Burial Tombs in his cities.

Also, the Play a Mod achievement can be triggered by playing the tutorial.

Now, that's how I got it!

17% of the people who own the game have not yet built a wonder while logged into Steam.

I know for the first few days I was playing off-line and missed a few achievements that way.

I guess it also includes people who haven't played it yet for whatever reason, but it does seem high.

Well it's official - Panzer "Shafernator" General is bugged. My achievements log has 107 wins, 103 great generals and a standing army of 101 and it didn't trigger. So out of the 15 "hidden" achievements only one works - the 5 golden ages Persian one "From Archaemennid to Safavid". I wonder if all the hidden ones are supposed to be inactive at the moment and the bug is that Archaemennid actually works!

You can just host a multiplayer game and play against the AI for Last Man Standing.

I've done that for singleplayer games, as it's the only way to enable quick movement.

I just build Oxford and Ironworks, but they both show as 0. It did flag my B-7 bombing though.

Did you turn off notifications about wonders? I did that earlier, and missed out on the last wonder for two games. Luckily I had an autosave 1 turn before I built it, and could turn on notifications and get the achievement.

That might be the solution, although I'll never know whether it was about turning notifications on or just verifying game cache. Or both... Anyway, thanks for the idea - after months of playing I finally got "Engineer" achievement

Is there a problem with the Persian achievement? I had more than 5 golden ages in a single game with Darius but I didn't get the achievement.

For the Persian achievement, the 5 golden ages must come from happiness. GAs triggered by wonders or great people don't count.

The achievements log has stopped updating for me since the 1.141 patch although I am getting achievements.

I do not know how in latest patch, but early on it was my believe that only games started from basic screen give achievements. Custom games do not. I finished deity game and did not get achievement, I believe the only reason was because I click no enemy movements in order to speed up game
