Action Toolbar on the right?

The unit action toolbar is on the right. How do I put it back to the bottom???????

i've had that happen to me too. wish i knew why it happened. if u save your game and reload, it should be back down the bottom

Or you could just hit the backspace key, and put it back where it belongs.

Oh, and hitting the delete keys gives you a screen with no minimap, infobox, or action buttons. Nice for screenshots.
