adding new civs

would it be great if they brought back civil wars/ added rebbelions (like the american civil war, indian indipentence, etc...) but instead of becoming barbarian they became a new civilisation!

edit; or if you conquer a civ then they rebel later then the old civ could be re-instated!

Nope it would not. At least in my opinion and I think I am in the minority on this.
