I will interfere in your american expansion as much as i see you as interefering with my european expansion. Since you will not listen to MY fair agreement, as of right now i'm starting an arms race with you for Sweeden and the BAY province of germany. Lets see who ends up getting them.
Considering the Economic supperiority of Russia, i suggest you give up those provinces soon, or i'll end up with HUGE armies on your borders (after taking the aformetioned provinces) and eventualy those armies will have to have some entertainment.

If you mean your offer of Sweden for Italy, then yes, i have refused it. I'm standing prety firmly behind the offer i made to you (split germany, i get italy, you get france...). Any offer from you that i would consider would have to give me AS MUCH land atleast, and i would like a border as short as possible so that defence would be easier to maintain.
