Adware/Spyware HELP!!!!

Ive got a few processes running which shouldnt, they occasionally give me popups, and they lag me in games too...

Pdo77j.exe
UkoQFY.exe
wuauclt.exe

Whenever I end process it spawns a new process...with a different name.

I've tried adaware and spybot, neither do the job.

Is there any other programs that can get rid of this stuff?

Try this link. There are both freeware and shareware programs here. You might also want to browse the site, they have a lot of cool stuff there.

Try a virus scan.

Ran a virus scan but it couldnt delete the files...all of which are in c:\windows\system32\

You can probably delete them in Safe Mode. See if thats enough or you might have to also get them out of the registry. Do you have System Restore on? Sometimes these things hide in System Restore.
