I'll agree with CT on this one. a Stunning looking computer game is no match for a really awesome computer game. Doom 3 had stunning graphics but wasn't as good as say....... HL2 which I adored. And besides, I hate having to upgrade my graphics card just because some company made a game with really good graphics. Give me medium graphics and amazing gameplay and I'll be happy.

I agree too, although you can be pretty certain aoe3 is going to have good gameplay. After all, all the previous games did.

That good prequels guarantee good games isn't necessary true. The gaming history is full of examples of both things.

I fully realise that. You just have to consider who's making aoe3, and how good the previous age games have been to realise that it'll be good.

And if it isn't, I'm going to be very disappointed. I'll also eat my hat. If I had a hat.

Yea that's one thing I don't like is that without a fairly new computer AOE3 won't run smoothly looking like those pictures. Also, in the third picture on the second page, it looks like the deer in the very top right corner is in the mountain¿¿

AoE3 is going to be around $56...It should be wroth it...I hope...

Anybody download the AoE3 Theme song...it cool... I replaced it for my AoE2 game..

AOE3 Does have awesome graphics. But I donno how its gameplay will compete with that of CivIV.

seems like they've borrowed the idea of multi-units used in RoN, which I suppose is a good thing because I liked that idea, made for an idea of having an actual army rather than just single units

I got to admit, these are the best damn graphics I've ever seen for a game so far. It's almost like RL.
