Got a bit of a stumper here. Playing a game with Teddy and Harald. We all share a continent. I've met The two of them, but they haven't met each other, somehow. I goaded Harald into attacking me. Naturally, Teddy didn't jump into the fray. But if he meets Harald at a later time, would his Agenda turn him against Harald? If not, would I have been able to declare on Harold without diplomatic repercussion?

Same thing with Tomyris. If you backstab someone she's never met, will you be okay?
