Hello all,
I'm not sure if this has been reported yet (I took a glance at the Bug Reports sticky)
While playing as Kublai Khan with the Mongols, I noticed that when I built my first units, prior to building barracks, they started with the Combat 1 promotion, which they should since K.K. is Agg/Cre. However, as I played on, I don't exactly know when, but after I built barracks and tried cranking out units, I noticed that they started with 4 exp points (as they should) but NO COMBAT 1 !!!!!
What's the point of playing an Aggressive civ if you can't capitalize on their strengths?
Has anyone noticed this? Is it only Kublai? Or the Mongols? Or all Agg Civs?
I don't remember this problem with the game out-of-the-box.
