AI cheats big time

Look at global politics and see if he is allieds with any citie state....... If so look at the city state resources if they got iron then he isnt cheating......

I think that it is more obvious cheating than this one mentioned here that when you conquer a city its borders go minimum and when AI conquers a city the borders stay the same.

Also regarding the iron thing, post a save or it didn't happen. Maybe he founded a city on an iron resource. You are just another "I'm going back to Civ4" whiner at the moment and it's getting really old.

Is it there a way to open up that save file in world builder, so that way we have a complete picture regarding what is going on?
