Airstrike Mod v.1

The aim behind this mod was to balance out warfare in the late industrial and modern eras, in particular, placing more emphasis on aircraft. I also changed about some stats of units, and other units in earlier eras.

How to play

Start up civ3, go to Load Scenario on the main screen and double-click on "airstrikemod"

Marines and Paratroopers are supposed to be special forces (at least until the SAS come along!), so they get an extra health point to show their veteran status. Giving them an extra point of movement, whilst making tanks wheeled, means that paratroopers and marines are your mobile troops through difficult terrain such as mountains. And increasing the paratrooper's airdrop range to 8, whilst keeping the helicopter's at 6, gives you a reason to build paratroopers rather than just loading infantry into helicopters.
I've also upped the cost of tanks and modern armour, in order to offset how ridiculously powerful they are.
The Knight's new stats give you a reason to build Pikemen.
Adding the Strike Fighter means that America no longr gets a UU that lasts for the rest of the game!
