Hey guys,
after the last patch I recognized that the AI builds less cities.
Personally, I play on gigantic maps and face a lot free space because of no cities. After almost 300 turns France and Rome only had 3 cities without being affected by war or anything else.
Is there a possibility to increase the AIs favor to spread more cities and if, where can I find it and how will I have to change the respective value?
