ROTFL Kublai!

I've started writing my own ATG screenplay now. Well, I've got only the first scene as of yet, but it's growing...

For some reason, I still don't know who or what "Frodo" is...

Frodo is the main character of the recent Lord of the Rings movie. Simon Darkshade is a Tolkien fan I think. Maybe. <shrugs>

Frodo Baggins is a hobbit and the main character of the new movie based on J.R.R. Tolkein's book Lord of the Rings:The Fellowship of the Ring.

I think Simon was referring to this website:lol:
Extrememly hilarious!!!

I think their server is down so here is the internet file

Oh.

Somehow I've got the feeling I'm the only person on this planet who hasn't read the book or seen the movie...
Well, on the other hand, I've somehow missed some of the most successful films, at least in this country...

Still, it's embarassing.:o

Not to worry, I haven't seen the movie yet and I finished the book only a couple of days back:D

It is true that one likes Tolkien, and that I have seen the website cited.

But that was not the point of my reference; rather, one was jokingly suggesting that one's favourite actor, Mr. Elijah Wood, could portray the potentially complex and extensive role in a far better fashion than *spit*DiCaprio*spit*. But they'll go for the blond bimbo, no doubt

And my point is that, if they did be daring and portray the 'unconventional' side of Alexander's life, that they would do it in the purely physical, simplistic gay joke manner that a few of you have outlined. Hollywood is so predictable :D

It could be a good film. But it won't be.
They never wrote back to me about auditioning for Hephaestion or Bucephelas.;)
