Alternate GUI texture pack?

I for one am no fan of Civ 4's bubbly blue transparent boxes. I much rather prefer Civ 3's scroll and bronze interface textures.

Is there anything on here that can change Civ IV's blue box texture?

Changing colour and transparency is not that hard to do, we even have a tool for it (link), but everything beyond that is tedious manual work, and only found in the bigger total conversion mods, and probably not easy appliable for the normal game.
