Are you doing all right ? Well, kinda.

I can only assess from the screenshots; I can't load your mod. You probably created / editted some files that I also need to be able to load the save.

I do see smoke out of some cities (disorder) and far too few roads and mines/irrigation. You do need a lot more workers. Judging from the city-count and the year; 20 to 25 are the minimum amount I'd want in this situation.

You are in Golden Age. If you can capture all of the light greens (Persia?) with the units you have, go for it. If not; use your golden age to build up libraries, markets, aquaducts etc. And do make peace with England ASAP. There is no use staying in war with them as you can't conquer them quickly or economically.

I wouldn't go for Japan, they seem quiet strong. And you still have Islands to settle on and lands to improve.

In all: you are allright; if you focus on workers, city improvements before going on a new war. But then again; I am not a warmonger-type player.
