Am the only one who hates trade routes?

I do love the trade routes. I like the fact that they are vulnerable to barbarians as well as hostile nations. For some of us who like to purchase alot, they are a great boon. I can never have enough gold.

But as someone earlier said before, I would agree that Trade routes should be Tech/Era driven and Spies should be built. I like being able to position a spy in every city to do all sorts of "Black Ops."
