I would like to ammend the code of laws to
a-set the Max team members without a executive board to 25
and
b(most important)-Hold new elections for the Executive leader/board after every 4 turns.

Just some comments -

a - I don't know if we'll ever get anything close to 25 members.
b - That's dead on but it my be a bit disruptive in the early game if we're rattling through the turns. Alternatively it might crawl along in which case it'll work fine.

2. four turns seems a bit short
