Ancient Forests

I'm playing as the elves and researched the Leaf religion, but it still will not let me build anything on top of forests. It always says it will clear the forest. How do I build on the forests. Thanks for any advice you can give.

it will not clear the forests, don't worry about that. The tooltip is just a bit confusing

The tooltip and the AI (included automated workers) don't understand that the features are not removed.

This has been fixed in .32 (There is no release date for this yet)
