This mod adds Ankh-Morpork (from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels) as a playable civ, led by Lord Vetinari. Requires G&K.

UA: From the Shades: Capital is immune to espionage. All units gain 15 extra experience.
UU: Watchman: Replaces the Crossbowman. Costs 25% less Production. 30% combat bonus in friendly lands. (This bonus stays after upgrade)
UB: Guild: Replaces the University. +33% Science, +33% Production. Does not confer any benefits on jungle tiles.

Note: The city list includes cities from the surrounding Sto Plains. This is because Ankh-Morpork is only one or two cities, depending on how you look at it. Don't flame me about this please.

Haven't played yet. First impression is that Ankh-Morpork is well-suited for a tech of cultural victory.
 
It could be anything. I'd say that it was more suited for a reckless scientific domination myself, but I suppose you could also do an Ethiopia with the watchman bonus.
 
Yeah, I'm going to be inactive for 1.5ish weeks but after that I'll probably make Agatea.
