What's New: It now creates BtS/Warlords/Vanilla formations. Now unlike the Warlords/Vanilla editors the BtS one only creates formations, it will not add it to the units due to the new Formation assignment system in BtS. Hoping to fix that soon.

This combines Avain's Keymod 1.1, Willowmound's BtS Actual Quotes, Gaius Octavius' Civ Specific Great People, Solver's Extra Random Events, Solver's Military Academy Bugfix, and Solver's Unofficial Patch.

The file is larger than the Civfanatics' allowed size for the Database, so it has no permanent home at this time.
